i don't like hotels. i hear rumours of sinister things happening behind the scenes. this book has confirmed my suspicions. if you are up for some gossip and the shock how hotels rip their customers off, this book is definitely for you. the style of writing is a mix of an interview and reality shows. i found it too repetitive in places with phrases similar to 'the place where i used to work at' or 'a pal at another hotel told me'. overall, it's a fun read, humourous at times, but not as good as 'air babylon' which had me laughing throughout.
